Terms of Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to the Savant Sync Affiliate Program. We're excited to partner with you to spread the word about our services while giving you the opportunity to earn recurring income. Please read the following terms carefully before participating in our program.

1. Commission & Payouts

- You will earn between 10% to 30% in recurring commissions on each active subscription that you refer.
- Payouts are issued on the 15th of each month, after a 30-day validation period to ensure successful transactions.
- Minimum payout threshold is $50.
- Commissions are paid out via PayPal or Stripe. Make sure your payment details are correctly configured.

2. Tracking & Attribution

- We use cookie-based tracking, with cookies lasting 30 days from the user's first click on your affiliate link.
- Attribution follows the last-click model, meaning the most recent valid referral will earn the commission.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are expected to:
- Promote Savant Sync honestly and ethically.
- Adhere to all branding guidelines provided by Savant Sync.
- Avoid spam, deceptive marketing, or black-hat techniques.
- Disclose affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines).

4. Prohibited Activities

- Self-referrals or commission fraud are strictly prohibited.
- You may not impersonate Savant Sync or any of its employees.
- You must not use unauthorized brand assets or misrepresent the company.
- You are not allowed to bid on branded keywords or use deceptive URLs.

5. Termination & Forfeiture

- We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for violations of these terms.
- Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
- You may terminate your participation at any time by emailing [email protected].

6. Amendments to the Agreement

- We may revise this agreement from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
- Continued participation in the program indicates your agreement to any changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

- We are not liable for indirect or accidental damages, including loss of revenue, that may result from affiliate tracking failures or commission processing errors.
- No guarantees are made regarding your ability to earn income.
